​背景及研究項目  Background and Projects

     因全球暖化和空氣污然問題,世界各國政府致力於節能減碳與新能源的開發。開發再生能源與儲能技術等綠色能源產業,將是未來最重要的新興重點經濟產業之一。為了因應未來的綠色能源產業與非核家園政策,我國政府亦極力推動綠色能源產業,將綠能科技列為「五加二」產業創新計畫之一。同時,於2016政府開始推動沙崙智慧綠能科學城計畫,主要是配合政府落實「五加二」產業創新政策,以及「綠能推動」、「產業發展」、「科技創新」等三大綠能科技產業創新願景。政府於沙崙智慧綠能科學城,設立綠能科技示範場域將整合創能、節能、儲能及智慧系統等四大發展主軸,結合產、學、研能量,創建世界級的綠能科技示範應用。將逐步向外鏈結周邊的研發單位及科學園區或工業區。

     在過去的邁向頂尖大學計畫支持下,國立中山大學已經為台灣的頂尖大學,許多領域也成為國際一流頂尖研究。尤其在生質能源、生化能源技術、和儲能技術等相關領域,中山大學已有國際領先技術。目前已有許多研究室與產業界進行產學合作計畫中,但本校並無整合出一開發綠能關鍵材料及技術團隊。若能將本校綠能材料相關的研究,整合成一具競爭力的綠能尖端材料團隊,將可提升技術,有能力與產業界做更密切,同時有機會參與政府和民間產學計畫。此外,配合政府將於高雄發展新材料循環產業園區與材料國際學院。故將整合校內綠能關鍵材料的研發能量,成立綠能關鍵材料研究中心。

    Due to global warming and air pollution, governments around the world are committed to develop energy conservation, carbon reduction and new energy. Therefore, the development of green energy industries such as renewable energy and energy storage technology will be one of the most important emerging key economic industries in the future.

     In response to the future green energy industry and non-nuclear homeland policy, our government also vigorously promotes the green energy industry, and listing green energy technology as one of the "five plus two" industrial innovation plans.

     At the same time, in 2016, the government began to promote the Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City project, mainly cooperating with the government to implement the "five plus two" industrial innovation policy, and the three major areas of Green energy technology industry innovation vision : "green energy promotion", "industrial development", and "technological innovation" .The government set up a green energy technology demonstration field in Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City, which will integrate the four major development axes of energy creation, energy conservation, energy storage, and smart systems, and combine production, learning, and research energies to create world-class green energy technology Demonstration application. The goal is to gradually link the surrounding research and development units and science parks or industrial areas together.

    With the support of the past top university program, National Sun Yat-sen University has become a top university in Taiwan, and many fields have also become world-class level of research. Especially in related fields such as biomass energy, biochemical energy technology, and energy storage technology, National Sun Yat-sen University has already had the international leading technologies.

    Currently, there are many research laboratories and industries carrying out industry-university cooperation projects, but our school haven’t integrated a team to develop key materials and technologies for green energy. If we can integrate the research related to green energy materials in our school into a competitive green energy cutting-edge material team, we will be able to improve technology, having the ability to work closer with the industry, then we will have more opportunities to participate in government and private industry-university projects.

    In addition, in cooperation with the government, Kaohsiung will develop a new material recycling industrial park and an international college of materials. Therefore, the research and development energy of green energy key materials in the school will be integrated, and a research center for green energy key materials will be established.
