Abstract

Perovskiteis a mineral composed of calcium titanium oxide (CaTiO3). Many different cations and anions can be embedded in the perovskite structures, which have the same class of crystal structure as CaTiO3. Recently, lead halide perovskites AMX3 (A = cation; M = Pb; X = Cl, Br, I) have attracted considerable attention with superior electrical and photophysical properties, and they can be used in X-ray imaging, photodetection, solar cells, light-emittingdiodes, and so on. However, applications of colloidal AMX3 nanocrystals are hindered by lead toxicity and the stability, which still urgently required to be resolved. In the presentation, I report the successful direct hot-injection synthesis of Cs2SnBr6 perovskite materials with various crystal structures and luminescent spectra by different ratio of precursors and amount of ligands. The Sn-based perovskite materials can be improved evidently their optoelectronic performances by doping Mn during the chemical reaction. Here, the results demonstrate that the utility of lead-free perovskite materials will be expanded in their future applications.
